Returns

Figure Skates Accessories allows customers to receive credit notes or exchanges within 30 days for items meeting specific conditions. Refunds are only issued for faulty items, and returns can be refused if they do not meet the specified terms.

To qualify for returns/exchanges:

1. Items must be purchased at full price.

2. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

3. Items must be in original condition with attached tags.

4. Items must not be worn, soiled, washed, or altered.

5. No returns are accepted for items with makeup, deodorant, or fake tan marks.

6. FSA is not responsible for return/exchange postage costs or lost parcels.

Please note that FSA is not responsible for the cost of return/exchange of item postage and cannot be held responsible for parcels being lost or stolen.

Sale items are non-returnable, except for faulty items.

For faulty/damaged items, send us a message through 'contact us'. If deemed faulty, repair, replacement, or a full refund (if unavailable) will be offered.

To initiate a return, send us a message through 'contact us' with the order number, item details, and photo evidence of faults. Allow up to 24 hours for a response and 7 business days for processing.

Customers bear all costs for returning items. Use a registered post service and keep tracking details.
